Warranty Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

How the manufacturer’s warranty works on products you buy from Focusnext, and how we help when something goes wrong.

1. Genuine products, manufacturer warranty

Everything we sell is new, genuine and bought through the brand’s authorised channels, and comes with the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and terms are set by the brand — they are printed on the box or warranty card, and on the brand’s website. Your GST invoice from us is your proof of purchase; please keep it.

2. Making a warranty claim

  1. Contact us on 088866 63002 or pradeepreddy@focuscorp.in with your order number and a description of the problem, or contact the brand’s customer care directly.
  2. Most brands repair or replace products through their authorised service centres. We’ll tell you where to go and help you register the claim.
  3. Repairs, replacements and timelines under warranty are decided by the manufacturer.

3. Faults on arrival

If a product is faulty when it arrives, report it within 7 days of delivery. This is handled as a replacement or refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, not a warranty repair.

4. What warranties usually don’t cover

  • physical damage, cracks, liquid or burn damage;
  • damage from power surges, lightning or unstable voltage (we recommend a UPS or stabiliser);
  • repairs or modifications by anyone other than the brand’s authorised service centre;
  • consumables and wear items such as ink, toner, batteries (unless stated), print heads and cables;
  • loss of data or software — always keep a backup.

5. After the warranty

Our service centre repairs computers, laptops, printers, CCTV, intercoms, biometric devices, cash counting machines and monitors, in or out of warranty, and helps recover data. Book 2 Repair to book a repair; we confirm the estimate with you before starting work.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
